The Legend of Zelda is an awesome game. There isn't too many other words that describe this masterpiece. It had simple graphics, there wasn't too much interactivity, yet it started a gaming revolution.
It was the first game ever made that could be saved so that it was possible to pick up on the game later. It was pretty much the first game of its kind, in that it was mixed with action and adventure (as good as it got on the NES), and there were many puzzles and monsters that made ideal obstacles.
Yes, the Legend of Zelda made video game history and I'll have to say that it's one of my favorite games.
